Giovanni Cavallaro was born in Catania (Italy) and currently resides in the Dominican Republic. He is an Industrial Designer and a passionate fashion and wedding photographer.
Giovanni’s work has been published in important Dominican magazines such as Estilo|s, Pandora, Pandora Bodas, A la Moda, Novias, UEPA Mag, Contempo Diseño and Vanidades In Style.
His photographs illustrate the book “20/20 – 20 & 20 Fashion Designers Gourmet Restaurants”, published in 2009. That same year Giovanni was named Dominican Republic Fashion Week’s official photographer. He has shot campaigns for designers Magaly Tiburcio, Iris Guaba, Larissa Salcedo, among others.
